Lured out of retirement by her passion for FIN's mission, Kathi joined the FIN team in March of 2026 to support our need for Community Outreach and Fundraising. As a volunteer for over four years, she became deeply interested in furthering our efforts to eliminate hunger in the community. With a background in Marketing and Events, Kathi brings her 40+ years of corporate experience to the team. Prior to retiring in 2021, Kathi spent 23 years working for Ameriprise Financial Services in Minneapolis, and before moving to Minnesota, 11 years with Maritz Performance Improvement Company located in St. Louis, MO. Reporting to the Executive Director, Kathi spends her time connecting with local businesses, organizations, and individuals to find opportunities to collaborate in support of community members in need.
Married with three grown children, Kathi also has a passion for rescue dogs, with a focus on rehabilitating puppy mill mamas. With a love of travel, her spare time is spent planning group travel opportunities, with a focus on Greece and Italy. When not traveling, Kathi enjoys boating, visiting with friends, and continuing to volunteer at FIN.
