​Crystal joined FIN as Assistant Director on January 5, 2026. Community has always been at the heart of her work, and she is committed to fostering a welcoming environment.
Her experience as a Volunteer Coordinator and Board Member at SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary highlighted the powerful role volunteers and teamwork play in a nonprofit’s success. She also brings years of experience as a licensed childcare provider, working closely with families from diverse backgrounds.
Before joining FIN, Crystal worked in Supportive Services for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, providing case management, legal assistance, crisis response, and shelter support for individuals and families fleeing violence and poverty.
Crystal is passionate about helping the community and believes in strong, organized, friendly, and caring leadership.
In her free time, Crystal enjoys a wide range of arts and crafts, cooking, baking, gardening, photography, spending time with family, game nights, being active outdoors, and traveling. She also has a love for animals and nature.
